Question – What are good bachelorette/hens party ideas where an underage bridesmaid can be included?
As my sister’s maid of honor, I need some ideas for her hens party. Our younger sister is only thirteen and will be included in the party too. I’m looking for wholesome hens party ideas that a thirteen year old can participate in .
Suggestions: A day spa is a great idea. The adults can have some champagne while the teen can enjoy mocktails. Everyone loves to be pampered.
An amusement park like Wet and Wild or Dreamworld might work too. It’s not the sort of place we go to often, so it will be memorable as the bachelorette party. You could finish the day off with a night in with a girlie flick, takeaway Chinese dinner and champagne, that way the teen can still join in, but drink non-alcoholic drinks. You can’t let loose with shenannigens at the theme park, but you can sure let your hair down at home with close friends!

Have a girlie sleepover complete with mani and pedis, footbaths, facial masks, and consider hiring the groomsmen to come give massages for a while. Play Truth or Dare, cheesy board games like Mall Madness, and sip on fancy virgin martinis. You could do something like this in someone’s home, or consider renting a nice hotel room.

My friend got married a year ago and her underage sister was in the wedding as well. We went out to dinner then we went to a local ceramic shop that rents out the place for evenings. You can bring food, dinks and music. So we brought a bunch of snacks and finger foods, drink, (alcoholic and non) and some of our favorite cd’s. We stayed from 8-12 and painted fun pieces for the bride to be and we had a blast!! I hope that helps. Good Luck

I went to a bachelorette party that was a Mani-Pedi-Margi-Marti Party. It was at a spa that allowed us to bring in liquor, and we had margaritas (Margi) and martinis (Marti) while we had our mani/pedis. We had one non-drinker (pregnant BM) and she enjoyed her spa time just as much as everyone else.
Another I went to was at a "paint your own ceramics" store where you each pick out a plain piece of "unkilned" ceramic and paint it. We each painted a picture frame and gave it to the bride, but you could certainly paint and keep your own.
The most recent one was for an underaged bride, so most of the BMs were also under 21. The MOB and MOG were also invited (I am a friend of the MOB, so that’s how I ended up there) so the activities were VERY tame. We went to an amusement center where they have mini-golf, arcade games, laser tag, bumper boats, batting cages, go-karts, and other fun stuff. I was a little skeptical at first but everyone had a good time in the end. We even got the groom’s mom to play Dance Dance Revolution.

Both my sisters are my MOH in my wedding next month. My older sister is throwing me a Bridal Shower, complete with champagne and/or non-acoholic drinks so that my little sis can come too. Then, the following weekend, my older sister is taking me and friends out on the town for some alcoholic fun
. Finally, on the Tuesday before the wedding, I am having my two bridesmaids, my sisters, and one other friend over for a slumber party. We will be watching episodes of Bridezilla and My Big Fat Greek Wedding. We’ll probably do nerdy things, too, like play mall madness, facials, play truth or dare, etc. My little sis is only 14, by the way.
