Round Table Challenge

2nd September

A game for 2 or more players. Not for the faint-hearted.

You’ll Need:alcohol

A deck of playing cards

A few bottles of alcohol

A drinking glass (or two) for each contestant

An extra glass for the table

A jug of water

Instructions

Lay all the cards out, face down in a circle, with the bottles of grog and water in the middle of the table.

Going clockwise around the table, everybody takes turns at drawing a card out of the deck. Continue taking cards until the fourth king has been pulled or all the cards are gone. Each contestant  must do something corresponding to the card they pulled as follows:

1-6 – If it’s a red card, you must have a drink. If it’s a black card, pour double that number of drinks and hand them out to whoever you want (ie. a black 4, pass out 8  drinks)
7 – Ladies drink
8 – Gentlemen drink
9 – Ryhme time: The host has to pick a word and start going around the circle ryhming with it. The first contestant to pause, repeat a word or say something that doesn’t rhyme must have a drink.
10 – Ahead: the person to your left must drink.
Jack – Back: the person to your right must drink.
Queen – Category: pick a topic that is likely to get funny, like beer brands or condom types, and start going around the circle. The same rules apply as for rhyming. The first to pause, repeat or not have a good answer must drink.
King – The first three people to pull kings may pour as much alcohol into the glass in the middle as he or she wants. The person who pulls the forth king must drink everything in the glass.
Ace – Waterfall: Like the Mexican Wave of drinking! Whoever pulls the Ace decides whether the waterfall will go up (left) or down (right). Everyone starts drinking at the same time, when the person who pulls the card stops, whichever way the waterfall is going you must stop drinking in that order .

Tip: As with all alcohol, and especially drinking games, it’s a good idea to have a glass of water in between drinks to minimise your morning headaches. Drink responsibly. :-)

Question – What are some fun birthday party themes?

20th August

What are some party themes 13 year old girls would like? My friends are both tomboys and feminine girls.

Suggestions: A teen scene scavenger hunt will work a treat. Do it in the mall or in your neighborhood if the weather is nice. Create  a list of fun things the girls have to find or do. Separate the girls into groups and when they find each item or do each task, they have to take a picture of it. The first group to find or do everything first wins!
Sleepovers are always fun too, even for the tomboys.

The Secret Identity Icebreaker Game

18th August

women_silhouette copyThis is a unique party game for 38  or more guests.

I’ve designed this game myself for my brother-in-law’s 60th birthday party,  so you can be sure your guests will be impressed. It really gets the party going and puts everyone in a festive mood.

A totally new game, developed for a large party with a variety of guests from different ages and backgrounds. Perfect for parties where many come from different families or groups so not many people know each other. Eg 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th Birthday Parties, Engagement and Wedding Parties.

How it Works
Guests are given a secret identity and instructions to find their ‘asset’ and exchange a secret code. For example Peter Pan seeks Wendy, Dracula has to find Dracula’s Bride and The Beast has to find Beauty etc.

Once they’ve put their codes together, guests take their code to the ‘Key Master’. Once all clues are available the guests can easily work out where the treasure (which you stashed earlier) is hidden!

Over 30 pages, complete with all instructions. Just personalize in a jiffy, print and follow the instructions. Your guests will mingle and soon feel very comfortable and go home with memories of a wonderful party. And you take the kudos!

This game is available in digital PDF and contains over 30 pages with all the simple instructions and codes you’ll need.

The Secret Identity Icebreaker Game is Just $5
